pediatric physical therapy in Bedford, NH

for babies & toddlers with developmental delays, body tension, torticollis, plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome) & tongue ties

Hi friends, I’m Dr. Brenda Sacino, PT DPT, a pediatric physical therapist in Bedford NH. Playful Progress Pediatric Physical Therapy is here to help you and your child. I love:

  • helping babies feel good and move better

  • listening to parents’ concerns, and helping them come up with a plan

  • teaching families about the magic of developmental milestones

  • helping parents learn how to play (yes, this is a skill!)

  • doing my small part to rid the world of caregiver guilt and worry

Reasons to reach out to me:

  • your baby has an irregular head shape and/or is developing a “flat spot”

  • your baby favors one side of their body over the other (possible torticollis)

  • you feel like your baby might have a tongue tie

  • you feel like your baby is “always uncomfortable” or tight

  • your baby struggles with tummy time

  • your baby has their own unique diagnosis, had a difficult birth, or long hospital stay

Motor milestones magically build on each other as your baby grows and develops, but it isn’t uncommon to get “stuck” along the way.

Let me come to your home to provide skilled physical therapy services and developmental support where children (and their caregivers) learn best!

If getting out of the house is more your style, join me for a Motor Play Workshop for babies 0-12 months, offered weekly in southern NH. Let’s learn and play together!
